We have two purchase options available on the site. Downloadable game materials and printed game materials. It is worth noting that there is no difference in content between the two options, and also that the downloading facility is available to all customers who purchase printed materials to enable them to review the materials to come and allow planning ahead of their arrival.

DOWNLOADABLE GAMES

All games are made available for instant download following successful completion of payment.

If you are experiencing difficulty accessing a newly purchased game then please follow these instructions (TIP: You may want to copy and paste these instructions into notepad so you can keep refering back to them while you are doing it!):

• Log into the website and click on “My Account”.
• Scroll to “My Orders” and click “View the orders I have made.”
• Click on the "View" box and scroll to "download links"
• Click on the game you have purchased which will be listed under “Download links”.
• At this point a "file download" box will display. Click on save and specify a directory on your computer that you can find again!!

Occasionally an error arises during download and the file cannot be opened. If this happens, close all other windows on your computer and download the file a second time. (The file will allow up to 5 attempts at download for just such an eventuality.)

PRINTED MATERIALS

If the “printed” option is selected before checkout then we will ship your game materials to you within 14 days.

All orders are posted first class and will arrive in line with first class postage dates.

A further email will be sent to you to confirm order shipment.

RETURNS

We are confident in the quality of our games therefore, should any customer be dissatisfied with a product a full refund will be offered.

We realise that arranging dinner parties can sometimes be a headache! So if you find you need a lower / higher number of players for the game you have purchased then please contact us . We are happy to provide a direct exchange via download free of charge.

If you require a new version of the printed materials we will reprint and ship a new version of the game to you for the price of the printing and shipping costs, we will not charge you for repurchasing the game.
